The office relocated to The Street at the Meadows, a new development adjacent to the Meadows Racetrack and Casino in North Strabane Township. Jean Watson is the managing broker of the office.
More than 100 people joined Howard Hanna Real Estate CEO Helen Hanna Casey and Chairman Hoddy Hanna, including State Senator Camera Bartoletta and State Representative Tim O’Neal; from Washington County, Commissioner Harlan Shober, Redevelopment Authority Executive Director Bill McGowen, Assistant Executive Director Cynthia Kowtowski; from South Strabane Township, Bracken Burns; and from Horizon Properties, the developers of The Street at the Meadows, President Rod Piatt.
The state-of-the-art office features a unique interior design that is open and inviting, with private workspace, offices, conference rooms and a front lobby.
“We are very pleased with our new office, and the more centralized location will allow us to better serve the communities in Washington and Greene counties,” says Bill Russo, senior vice president and regional manager for Howard Hanna Real Estate. “We can also accommodate more agents and provide one-stop shopping with mortgage originators Patrick Lenihan and Tom Sprague and insurance agent Sarah Barlow based in the office.”
“For more than 60 years, Howard Hanna has been home to the best-trained and best-equipped real estate sales associates in the business,” says Tom Ceponis, president of Howard Hanna Pennsylvania. “We are confident that this new office will be the go-to resource for home sellers and buyers in Washington, Pa., and its surrounding areas.”
